To send you The Istanbul Table, about once a month: news from the kitchen, the dish of the month, subscribers-only offers and hunt clues. We do this with your consent, which you give when you join. We don't sell your details.
This website does not use cookies for statistics or advertising unless you accept them in the banner. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to measure our advertising. If you reject, neither is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. The newsletter sign-up form is provided by Beehiiv. It is only loaded when you press "Join the newsletter", and Beehiiv may set its own cookies once it loads.
Every email has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.
We use beehiiv to send the newsletter, and our marketing agency, Especial, helps us run it. This page is hosted by Netlify.
